Feedback from John H. Lea, Vice President of Caraustar

Caraustar Industries, Inc. is one of North America’s largest integrated manufacturers of 100% recycled paperboard and converted paperboard products. Our company is a socially responsible corporation, is committed to environmentally sound practices and is dedicated to providing customers with outstanding value through innovative products and services. We were  looking for a speaker for a one day session to be held for our senior American executive. I asked Dave to give us something that would address silos between sales and operations as well as a sustainable behaviour changing tool.

Since Dave's presentation our group has met a number of times and as recently as this week RHB and Changing Gears has been brought up and discussed.  One manager in particular has completely changed his approach when dealing with his peers.  He goes out of his way to be congenial and accommodating, something he struggled with prior to the introduction of RHB.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RHB to any company.  Dave's approach and presentation makes everyone realize how much easier and more enjoyable it is to be a good guy as well as clearly defining where we are and where we should be.
