I immigrated with my parents to Canada in 1961 and started as many did, from scratch. I have tried to create Nicholby’s as the company where satisfied customers keep shopping and tell their friends. I took notes throughout the RHB seminar and suddenly realized that everything that the “good guy code” represents everything I have done personally and professionally and tried to instill into the culture of our company.

BC Housing is one of the largest landlords in the province, and works with a wide range of partners to create new social housing for BC's most vulnerable.
