After a 25-year career that included Canadian naval officer, commercial diver, scuba instructor, medical device sales manager and an executive in established and start-up companies, Dave discovered the powerful and sustainable concept of third gear behavior.
His entertaining and inspirational RHB seminars have left thousands of people inspired and determined to “do the right thing” for themselves, their companies and their kids.
Dave is a resident of Oakville, Ontario. He has completed over 8 marathons and 5 Ironman competitions.
Dave also helps raise money for worthy causes by hosting “Knocking down Silos” events for the general public. Past recipients include The Mississauga Food Bank, Sick Kids Hospital, Sunshine Dreams for Kids, The Queen’s University Gift Fund and the BC Cancer Foundation.
